My view of JTBD hasn’t changed.

I just happen to like this one visualization, which actually has nothing to do with JTBD. If Ulwick only talked about this visualization, his clients probably wouldn’t lose any actual value.

I believe JTBD is basically a scam, built around some very simple ideas. This visualization represents one of the very simple ideas it is built around. (And, as I pointed out in the post, he wasn’t the first to come up with it. But he did make a good diagram of what it is.)

Does that clarify my views for you?
