I have. What you’ll find, when you do, is that they aren’t doing anything different than what they did before they adopted it, except occasionally framing their research results in the context of hiring and firing. What you’ll find is, in fact, they are doing exactly what we said it’s good for.

Maybe some people are authors and professional researchers because they do the homework to see how these things actually work in the real world.
